KYU TESTING – March 21, 2026

Mark your calendars! Kyu Rank testing is scheduled for Saturday, March 21.

The specific schedule for the day will be posted in the training app soon.

Testing eligibility consists of 3 requirements:

   1. Minimum number of practice days by rank;

   2. Technical proficiency; and

   3. Attitude toward training, the dojo, and the Peachtree community at large.

Students can look up how many classes they have logged toward their next test at any time in the ZenPlanner app. The second and third requirements for testing eligibility are in the Technical Committee’s discretion of. All three requirements must be met for testing eligibility.

The students listed below have met (or will meet) the first requirement. These students are currently being under considertion. Appearing on this list, however, does not make testing a certainty. (The Technical Committee also periodically tests students without prior notice!)

If your name is on this list, you (or your child) would do well to ramp up your training between now and the date of testing. This will likely mean increasing attendance and/or making best use of your time while in the dojo. Doing so will also help improve your standing to test.

If you feel you/r child should or should not be on the list below, please speak to an instructor. If you’re not listed here, you should still be ready to take ukemi for your fellow students - before and on testing day!
