This Sunday, we will literally go BIG... and THEN go home! Sunday class is cancelled so we can take the plunge into the new space. JP and I will lead the effort for the day.

On Saturday after class, we will scoop up all the mats in preparation for the following day.

Then Sunday we will

• demolish the dividing wall

• dismantle the existing underflooring

• pull down the ceiling in the current space

• clean the entire space like crazy once demo is done

• put all the mats BACK on the floor so we can train on Monday

• Yes really!

We need task leaders to do the following:

• come up with a lunch plan. Pizza?

• stock coolers with non-beer for during and beer-like items after.

• be a team captain on the post-demo cleaning effort
