Recommendations in Japan

Sorry for the off-topic post.
Sam and I are going to Japan in about a week.
Any suggestions for what we absolutely must see or do?
We'll be in Tokyo and Kyoko.

Thank you for the tips, everyone.
This will be our first trip to Japan so we’re going to be doing the touristy stuff.
The bus tour was a great idea. I booked one for Tokyo.
We’re staying in Shibuya so there should be plenty to do just walking around.
