Heya pals! Looking forward to a big weekend. Quick note that I'd like to 'pass the hat' for Hattiesburg Chief Instructor Danilo Mezzadri, who is going to host us at his house for dinner on Saturday night. It's a Brazilian BBQ MeatFest and it's epic! (Danilo is originally from Brazil) This isn't hot dogs - it's steak and chops, grilled veggies, ribs - and MUCH much more.

Your seminar fee does not typically cover your dinner on Saturday... Yet Danilo and his awesome wife choose to put this event on at their house - at no small expense to them, I'm quite confident.
